Flying & Hunting!

With all of the over 50 degree weather we've been spending as much time outdoors as possible! Samantha has been chomping at the bit to fly her kite with daddy; it was finally warm enough to let her but the wind was about 20 mph!

If you look close, the kite is about taking her arm off! It must've flown out of her arms at least a dozen times!

"Look daddy, there up there! You've got to help me!"

"Look mama!"

Sami was eager to get inside & find out if any of her eggs said stuffed animal (she got a blue bunny) but I got her to pose for one pic.

"Let's race Elwy" (That's how she says Ellie- too cute!)

I won!

March Madness

Isn't it amazing how the months you have nothing scheduled end up being the busiest?! It almost makes me scared of an empty calendar! So here are some pics from March...

Swing
My dad is amazing; he built me this swing from scratch. I LOVE it dad, thank you so much!

St. Patrick's Day

Yes, those are green mashed potatoes!

Wildlife Experience
We went to the Wildlife Experience with some friends. It is basically a big zoo with animals from all over but they are stuffed & motion activated. It was rather neat.

Eliana is 8 months old
Eliana is growing likie a weed. She can precision zoom her walker all over the house & hates being tied down. She loves to be one the move & I am quickly learning that she is MUCH MORE determined to get into things than Samantha (& we all know how hard-headed Sami is!) She can scoot backwards; get up on all fours & rock; if you stand her next to something she will hold herself up by it; and while sitting she can scoot around. She loves being mobile & will be getting around much too soon. She has a GREAT smile & adores her big sister! Oh & she says 'bababa' & 'dadada'.

Spring is in the air!
We planted 4 fruit trees; one for each family member; however only Ellie was compliant enough to let me photograph her with her tree. (The rest will come)
Samantha & daddy planting mommy's tree.

Eliana & her peach tree.

My daffodils are 1 inch tall- I didn't buy pigmy flowers & I have never seen the like! But hey, pretty ground cover!

Lance & Sami got crafty with the polymer crystals for planting our trees.
