For Samantha's birthday she asked for 3 things... a pink castle cake, a pink baby & a pink teddy bear. So Lance took her to Build-a-Bear to fulfill one of her requests. She LOVED it & LOVES her new teddy!

Playdate birthday

We are having the girl's official joint birthday party next weekend; but today we had some of Samantha's friends over today for a playdate/birthday party. She told me that "it was the bestest party ever!"

Daddy stayed home last Friday & we took the family swimming. Samantha was so proud to show off her skills to daddy!

My diapers are a fleece outer & hemp soakers. Available options are AIO (All-in-one) or pocket diapers. You may also choose between hook & loop closure or plastic resin snaps. A layer of PUL is included in each diaper so a waterproof outer is not needed.

Also available with ladybug & inchworm appliques & girly ruffles!

The nursing pads are made of PUL & bamboo velour. I used these when nursing & they are oh so soft! (I love the bamboo velour!)

My daddy's the bestest!

Hi, I'm Sami & I want to show you my awesome playset that my daddy & mommy (mostly daddy) built for me because my daddy is the bestest!

This is my tire swing; daddy spins me really fast so that I see "2 daddies"!

Here's my slide, If I go down on my belly I go really fast!

Here's my rope ladder- when I climb it I'm as tall as our house!


I even helped daddy with the roof...


My daddy even got my sis-er El-wy a baby swing because she's not a big girl like me.

Momma says that my new playset keeps me from using my creative energies elsewhere!

11 months
Eliana is 11 months old; she has taken 3-4 steps a handful of times but refuses to walk. However she can crawl with the best of them! She loves to swim & thinks she doesn't need to be held or have flotation in the pool. She loves all things Sami & flashes a BIG smile when she scores Sami's favorite toys! She's a keeper for sure!

Happy Independence Day!

We hope you all had a great Independence Day! We took our annual trip to Mount Evans. Samantha did a great job hiking & Eliana talked nonstop in Lance's ear as he carried her! We saw mountain goats (& babies!) Then we went to my folk's for dinner. It was very yummy & a big thanks to my folks for cooking & hosting us.
